We are undergoing an important construction project near the entrance of the hotel. The endeavour is causing occasional noise disruptions Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Our regular operations continue during the course of this project.

Le Tap Room Restaurant with its local and seasonal flavours, welcomes you year round in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Its menu offers simple and refined dishes as well as snacks and "pub" options such as our famous Abenaki poutine.

In the summer time, a terrace overlooking the English gardens and the lake invites you to enjoy an alfresco lunch.

Indoors, the bistro's welcoming decor with its 10,000 brick fireplace inspires you to relax while contemplating the objects collected over time that adorn the walls and tell the story of the place.

A word from our Mixologist, Warren Long

Somewhat like what we do in our kitchen, it is important for me to develop cocktails that have a sense of place, that are connected to our terroir and our traditions. When I think about creating a new recipe, I look first towards unique regional ingredients including fruits, vegetables and herbs as well as mixes that I can create and transform right here such as bitters, cordials, house marinated cherries or birch syrup made at Manoir Hovey. There’s nothing better than a refreshing cocktail that embraces the best of everything that is local and delicious!
