Dining - Manoir Hovey
The Manor is renowned for its friendly, personalized service and its innovative Quebec cuisine, which uses the finest local and regional products. The extensive wine list with over 1000 labels contains many treasures and has earned the Best of Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator magazine every year since 2004. We merited numerous accolades over the years, such as the Gold Prize for best restaurant in the province (for a list of all awards, click here).
The cheese cart, the biggest in all the province, has a rare selection of local raw-mik and artisanal cheeses, standouts among which are an aged chèvre, rich and slightly grainy, the brie-like Mi-Carême and the triple crème Brillat Savarin. The Tap Room pub, (click here to view panorama). The mansion's old Carriage House, is a favourite pre-dinner gathering spot for our guests around the 10,000 brick fireplace.
