Morning outdoor yoga classes
Included for houseguests of Manoir Hovey
Non-houseguests : $20 or $80 for 5 sessions (taxes included).

Come enjoy an outdoor yoga session that will help refuel energy and eliminate tension, all while experiencing the beauty of nature. The courses are open to everyone, no matter of your physical condition or level of experience. *Classes will be held indoors in case of bad weather.

Private yoga sessions 
By appointment only - on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Private (1 person) : $80 - Semi-private 2 persons : $100 - 3 persons and more : $120

Whether it is to work on a specific problem or just for some personal time dedicated to introspection and healing , a private yoga session will meet your expectations. Your personal certified instructor, Isabelle Gareau is an instructor since 2004 and has completed 300 hours of basic training in Hatha Yoga as well as 67 hours of study in Yoga therapy and 15 hours in specialization of yoga for seniors.

The region will be presenting a nique opportunity to visit up to 50 talented artists and artisans who live and create our region. Those selected open their homes and studios for you with a warm welcome. Those homes and studios are nestled in many of the most picturesque corners of our scenic area, which makes a visit to the artists also a wonderful drive at the same time.
