For the occasion, Le Hatley restaurant's chefs Roland Ménard & Francis Wolf have invited Chef Mariano Gallego, from Relais & Châteaux Cavas Wine Lodge and Brindillas Restaurant in Mendoza, Argentina, for an unforgettable evening.

The event will begin with a cocktail reception pairing Argentinian wine and hors-d'œuvres, followed by a tasting menu comprised of the finest in seasonal offerings. The dinner will feature signature dishes by all three chefs. 

Cavas Wine Lodge is the first Lodge of its kind in South America, blessed by the natural beauty of Mendoza, an idyllic wine growing region at the foot of the Andes. Mendoza is the heart of Argentina's wine country with over 900 wineries. 

About Mariano Gallego

Mariana Gallego was born in Argentina, where he attended culinary school. At age 28 he joined Carme Ruscalleda at Sant Pau restaurant in Spain (3-star Michelin / Grand Chef Relais & Châteaux) and was promoted to Executive Chef at her Tokyo restaurant (2-star Michelin / Grand Chef Relais & Châteaux). Today, Chef Gallego has his own restuarant Brindillas and is counselling chef at Cavas Wine Lodge in Mendoza, Argentina's beautiful wine country.
