During the summer, lunch is served on the terrasse outside Hovey's historic pub - the Tap Room - every day, for houseguests and visitors alike. The dishes are much more informal than the ones served at night at Hovey's main dining room. The menu features paninis, salads and sandwiches and one-of-a-kind specialties such as the Brazilian sautéed shrimp au gratin, and Hovey's famous végé-patê sandwich with curry mayonnaise.
