Hovey offers new spring package
Every April there remains lots of still unmelted snow in North Hatley, but Lake Massawippi is thawing and the days feel warmer. In the forest, the sap runs. The steady drip
. drip
drip and the buckets filling up mean, to us, Quebecers, that spring has finally arrived! Why not experience this magical time of year at Manoir Hovey? Our Spring Fever package (valid only until Sunday, April 18), takes the two of you on a sleigh ride deep into the nearby maple groves, with a stop at a traditional Sugar Shack for a taste of the purest maple syrup solidified on a bowl of fresh snow. Here is what the package includes:
A private 30-minute horse drawn sleigh ride through a Maple Grove with a visit to a Sugar Shack to see maple syrup being made and to enjoy a "Sugaring-Off" (heated syrup solidified on snow) - a Canadian tradition!
b) A 3 Day/2 Night stay at the inn, including gastronomic three-course dinners, full breakfasts, all gratuities, and use of the newly-refurbished exercise room

c) A one hour massage for each person (you choose the day and time) in the Manor's massage room. |
