Prince Alain de Polignac, from Pommery, one of France's biggest and best champagne makers, led in the fall of 2002 a tasting of four different champagnes produced by Pommery. Each of these prestigious wines were paired with dishes created by chefs Roland Ménard and Philippe Beaudoin, created especially for the occasion.
