Chardonnay is just one of the specialties of this boutique winery based in Beamsville, Ontario, which has also won several gold medals at the Toronto Wine and Cheese Show and praise from expert Hugh Johnson.

Some of its best reserve wines and ice wine – either hard to find in stores or sold out – were the highlight of a special tasting dinner. Sommelier Steven Monfette - who has led the inn’s wine list to its seventh consecutive win of the annual Wine Spectator Award of Excellence – has worked with the Manor’s chef to find the ideal food pairings for each wine.

Yorgos Papageorgiou, one of Thirty Bench’s winemakers, was present to comment on the wines at this exclusive event.
