Manoir Hovey’s award winning cuisine features epicurean delights for you to savour. Our kitchen team managed by Chefs Roland Ménard and Francis Wolf produces the hors d'oeuvre and wedding menus, served either in "Le Hatley" restaurant or in our reception rooms facing the lake.
For ten guests or more there is a choice between a serve through four course meal or a menu with two choices of appetizer and main course. The kitchen team creates customized menus tailored to specific preferences as well as food allergies. In addition, the Restaurant Manager as well as the sommelier are on hand to discuss wine pairings and choices as well as table arrangements.
