I have written two, so far... I created the project and wrote the
coffee-table book which appears below, and was launched in December, 2001. It outlines the career and greatest
works by Brazil's famous patissière Isabella Suplicy,
with recipes at the end. My own recipe book
was released in June 2004 with a big bash
in São Paulo, Brazil, and features
step-by-step recipes for the
young bachelor, all of
which I tested and
photographed in my
experimental kitchen.
